Experience Management and XLA® Foundation is a fully interactive and hands on course that takes attendees on a journey through the Experience Management Journey, the process of identifying, designing, implementing and managing experience.
This training provides a comprehensive overview of XM and XLA®. Through hands-on exercises, you learn how to improve collaboration, create better experiences, and achieve greater business impact with XM and XLA®. This training covers the essence of a good experience and why it is essential for the end user. In addition to in-depth theoretical explanation, this training includes real-world examples, group assignments, and step-by-step guidelines to achieve an experience that is aligned with user needs and expectations.

- Enlighten - Raising awareness of experience within your organisation, inspiring the experience ecosystem
- Explore - Knowing where you are with experience
- Envision - Determining where you want your experience to be
- Enable - Designing and identifying the experience indicators that will measure experience
- Execute - Putting your XLAs into operation and introducing the Experience Management Office (XMO)
- Embrace - Governing, improving and acting upon experience findings.
