This 2-day XM & XLA® Practitioner Class  takes you beyond foundational learning and into real, applied experience as you will dive into the Experience Design Methodology, gaining hands‑on practice at every stage.

You'll learn how to design and implement XLAs tailored specifically to your organisation’s goals, and see first-hand how automated experience tools can accelerate insight, action, and improvement. Through live demonstrations and practical exercises, you’ll explore the real impact of these tools on XLA performance.

Next, you will be introduced to the Experience Management Office (XMO), the heart of experience governance and the engine behind successful experience transformation. You’ll explore:

  • The mission, scope, and structure of a high‑performing XMO
  • The roles, skills, and competencies required to measure, understand, and improve experience across the enterprise
  • How to design sentiment methods that work at scale and deliver reliable data
  • How to interpret and act on insights using XMO dashboards and experience analytics
  • Proven governance models that ensure your XMO continually delivers value

XM & XLA® Foundation is required before attending XM & XLA® Practitioner.

Two days, with times for each running from 09:30 - 16:00.

Cost

A fixed price of £1,395, inclusive of the exam worth £310, is applicable in both GBP and Euros.
