Our History
The XLA revolution didn’t happen by accident—it was sparked by three specialist companies leading the charge in the emerging Experience Management economy. Based in the Netherlands, the USA, and the UK, each brought deep expertise in digital experiences, human experiences, customer experiences and corporate experiences. Despite operating oceans apart, they were united by a common belief: organisations needed a fundamental shift in how they measured the success of their products and services—and XLAs were the future.
Driven by a shared vision that XLAs could transform productivity, efficiency, loyalty, and overall satisfaction, the three pioneers came together. In 2024, they officially formed XLABS Global—the new home for enterprise scale experience management.
