Our History

Since 2015, XLABS UK (before Bright Horse) has been at the forefront of the employee experience movement, helping organizations enhance productivity by improving their employees' digital workplace experience. Recognizing that many organizations struggle with this, we focus on measuring, managing, and improving digital experiences to ensure IT delivers the right outcomes and value. In 2024 XLABS NL was founded in the Netherlands and merged with the Bright Horse.
