A 3-day course, XM & XLA® Foundation introduces best practices for embracing XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) and transforming into an employee-focused organisation.
This class is designed as the entry point into delivering Experience Management for organisations. This fully immersive class focuses on the Experience Management Journey Framework which covers the journey to measuring experience for an organization.

Advance Past Introductions
Attendees take part in various practicals and case study assignments to solidify learning and see how XLAs can be applied in practical circumstances.
The hands-on activities not only allow you to understand the necessary steps within each phase of the framework but also to identify the next practicals steps in your journey.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for XM & XLA® Foundation, although you may want to begin with XM & XLA® Introduction if experience is something your organization is not yet aware of.

Certification
This course is full accredited by certified APMG accreditation. Attendees will earn their XM & XLA® Foundation certificate by achieving a passing 50% mark on a 40-minute multiple-choice exam.
